Mesa, AZ – Dixon Golf, manufacturer of the High-Performance Eco-Friendly Earth golf ball, announced today that they have partnered with Myrtle Beach Golf Holidays (http://www.golfholiday.com/events/golf/) to sponsor The Palmetto High School Golf Championships which will be held April 9th thru April 11th on twelve pristine Myrtle Beach, South Carolina golf courses.
This 54-Hole 3 day team event has attracted high school golfers from over 25 different states over the past 10 years. The Palmetto High School Golf Championship features separate Spring and Fall seasonal events. In total, the Spring and Fall events host over 150 high school golf teams from across the nation, of any ability, public or private – a premier experience that trumps any high school golf match or tournament worldwide.
Each golfer who participates in the event will receive a sleeve of Dixon Earth golf balls so they experience first hand the benefits of this High-Performance golf ball while being 100% Eco-Friendly at the same time.
Amazingly; Dixon didn’t have to sacrifice playability to become environmentally friendly. Just the opposite, the Dixon Earth golf ball outperformed the Nike One Platinum, Callaway Tour ix and Titleist Pro V1, in independent testing by PGA TOUR Partners Club, and received an incredible 92% Approval Rating!
“We’re very excited about this new partnership with Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday,” said William Carey, Executive Vice President of Dixon Golf. “They hold several events each year in Myrtle Beach that attract golfers from all over the country of every age and skill level. Sponsoring these events allows us to get out product into the hands of these players and expose them to the benefits and performance characteristics of our Eco-Friendly Earth and Earth ED golf balls. At the same time, we’re able to promote our Golf Ball Recycling Program, which is so important to our conservation efforts…so it’s a true win-win!”
Dixon Earth – Good For The Environment Better For Your Game!
Unlike other Golf Ball Brands who use harsh heavy-metal pollutants like tungsten, cobalt and lead, and contain non-renewable synthetic materials and compounds; the Dixon Earth golf ball is “green” to the core. Even the packaging is made from 100% recycled material. From core to cover, from packaging to production, Dixon Earth is setting a new standard in environmental consciousness.
