New Addition To OB Sport Team Adds Even More Support for OB Sports Staff, Facilities and Course Owners.
SCOTTSDALE, ARIZONA – Scottsdale-based OB Sports Golf Management announced the addition of Brandon Cajthaml as the Director of People Services. In this new role, Brandon is responsible for all human resources related activities for OB Sports to include development and communication of the employee handbook, employee recruitment & selection, new hire orientation and all training and development initiatives. He oversees the company benefit programs, medical, dental, vision, as well as the 401(k) program and all payroll administration. Brandon’s responsibilities also include the oversight of the risk management/safety policies for all operations under OB Sports management.

Prior to joining OB Sports, Brandon served in a similar role for two start-up golf management companies, Intrawest Golf and BlueStar Resort & Golf, where he led a team centrally who’s focus was on recruitment & selection of top talent, training, and leadership development, in addition to all functional and technical aspects of human resources management. Brandon is a former United States Marine and a graduate of Arizona State University.

Originally from the Chicago area, Brandon has been in Arizona for over 15 years and is fairly active in the community. His professional affiliations include being a long standing member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), active participation in CHO (Chief Human Resource Officers, a local HR networking group), and he is also a certified consultant through the FranklinCovey organization where he brings expertise in areas such as leadership development and execution. Brandon and his wife and two children currently reside in Ahwatukee, Arizona.
