PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., May 6, 2009 Nona Footz a managing director for RSR Partners, has joined the EWGA (Executive Women’s Golf Association) Foundation Board of Directors. A member of the New York City, NY EWGA Chapter, she is chairing the foundation’s fundraising committee.
At RSR Partners, a CEO/Board recruiting firm, Footz leads the company’s healthcare and human resource recruiting practices for senior executives and directors. Previously, she was a client partner in Korn/Ferry International’s New York City and Princeton offices, and a member of the firm’s Global Life Sciences Market and Human Resources Center of Expertise. Her extensive experience includes executive assessment and selection, leadership development, learning and organizational effectiveness. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Calgary and a master’s in leadership and strategic management from Manhattanville College in New York. She is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and serves on the NYC’s Leadership Alliance Board of the Melanoma Research Foundation.
