Mesa, AZ – Dixon Golf announced today that The Beaver Creek Golf Club has decided to “Get On The Green” and carry their 100% Eco-Friendly Earth golf balls. Mountain ranges, picturesque views, and nature come to mind when you think about Colorado. The Beaver Creek Golf Club is doing there part to maintain that beauty and splendor we all know and love by going “Green” with the new Dixon High-Performance Eco-Friendly Earth golf ball.

“Extraordinary Resorts, Exceptional Experiences. To support our mission, it is critical that we look at the impact of something as simple as a golf ball and the effect it can have on our environment,” said Dave Lopez, Director of Golf at Beaver Creek. “We are the premier mountain resort company in the world and a leader in luxury, destination-based travel at iconic locations. Simply put, our product is the great outdoors and as such, we have a special obligation to protect the environment in which we live and work. Because of this belief from our company Vail Resorts and Beaver Creek Golf Club, I believe that the new Dixon Earth Golf Ball helps us support our mission with the first 100% ‘Green’ golf ball.,”

The Beaver Creek Golf Club, nestled against the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain, is one of the longest established golf courses in the Vail Valley. Opened in 1982, the course was designed by noted course architect Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and is known and respected for its long, narrow challenging fairways and its stunning scenery.

Dixon Earth – Good For The Environment Better For Your Game!

Unlike other Golf Ball Brands who use harsh heavy-metal pollutants like tungsten, cobalt and lead, and contain non-renewable synthetic materials and compounds; the Dixon Earth golf ball is “green” to the core. Even the packaging is made from 100% recycled material. From core to cover, from packaging to production, Dixon Earth is setting a new standard in environmental consciousness.

Amazingly; Dixon didn’t have to sacrifice playability to become environmentally friendly. Just the opposite, the Dixon Earth golf ball outperformed the Nike One Platinum, Callaway Tour ix and Titleist Pro V1, in independent testing by PGA TOUR Partners Club, and received an incredible 92% Approval Rating!
