FRENCH LICK, IN – The Putting Game, a new product launched four months earlier at the PGA Merchandise Show, captured a lot of attendees’ attention at the19th Annual ING Spring Conference last week, garnering ING Conference Best honors in the Products category.
In the Publications category, Fairways + Greens was voted No. 1 by attendees. The ING Spring Conference is conducted by the non-profit International Network of Golf. The annual gathering of media and business leaders was conducted at French Lick Resort in southern Indiana.
Any product or publication being represented a the ING Spring Conference is eligible to win the ING Conference Best award. Attendees voted throughout the week on the product and publication that they felt were best at the conference.
The Putting Game is a new system that provides fun and excitement as well precision to a golfer’s putting. The Putting Game is designed to be used indoors on a carpeted floor. It is different because it creates a “virtual cup” as the target. The device makes a game out of practice by grading the quality of a series of putts based on directional accuracy and speed control.
