GolfBox A/S Retains Golf Convergence to Create US Strategic Alliances

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. (June 3, 2009) — Golf Convergence, Inc., the golf industry leader in creative strategy, has been retained to assist one of the most recognized and promising European software suppliers in the golf industry. Golf Convergence will assist GolfBox expand their potential in the U.S. market through synergistic relationships and other business models with U.S. companies.

By utilizing its numerous resources and experience with licensing and acquisition transactions, Golf Convergence will execute a plan to elevate the GolfBox brand and produce enhanced brand recognition and industry relationships.

Its Danish website received over 5.8 million views in 2008, an increase of 50 percent from the previous year and is expected to reach 7.5 million views in 2009.
