June 5, 2009 (Oak Brook Terrace, IL) Excel Golf Products, Inc., maker of Zero Friction Performance Tees, is teaming up once again with ESPNChicago.com for their annual golf outing. The outing will benefit the Jimmy V Foundation for Cancer Research which will receive all proceeds from foursomes and the event’s silent auction.
This year, the ESPNChicago.com Golf Outing will be held on Monday, June 22nd at Stonewall Orchard Golf Club in Grayslake, Illinois.
All participants will be receiving a 16-pack of Zero Friction Tees and have a chance to bid on a prize package featuring products from Excel Golf. The Zero Friction Performance Golf Tee has a unique three-pronged design that significantly reduces the contact area between the ball and tee at impact. The tees have also accounted for over 50 professional victories and more than 250 top-ten finishes.

Also, each hole will feature a contest for those participating. The outing will also feature live broadcasts of the Waddle and Silvy Show and the Afternoon Saloon. One foursome will be auctioned off on June 15th at ESPNChicago.com.
