Las Vegas’ GolfOdds.com, operated by respected Las Vegas oddsmaker Jeff Sherman, has posted early odds on the 2009 US Open that will be played next week at Bethpage Black. Following his impressive win at last week’s Memorial, Sherman adjusted Tiger Woods down to a stunning 7/4 to win. “His fairway accuracy is his most impressive statistic heading into the US Open,” wrote Sherman, via email. New Homes, Inductees for Las Vegas Golf Hall of Fame
The Las Vegas Golf Hall of Fame is scheduled to unveil a museum-quality exhibit featuring classic photos and memorabilia from such Las Vegas golf champions as Jim Colbert, Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Annika Sorenstam and many others at Las Vegas National Golf Club on June 29, 2009, in conjunction with the inaugural Las Vegas Golf Hall of Fame Classic Pro-Am. Plus, the Class of 2009 will be recognized and is made up of Jimmie Bullard, Edward Fryatt, Dwaine Knight and Jack Sheehan.

Sign Up for Cleveland Pro-Scratch at Angel Park Golf Club
Many of Las Vegas’ best amateur and professional golfers will play in the Cleveland Pro-Scratch Las Vegas golf tournament on July 12-13 at Angel Park Golf Club, the home of two Arnold Palmer-designed Las Vegas golf courses. Two-player teams made up of one amateur and one professional will compete for a total purse of more than $17,000.
