The two-night rate for weekdays is $249 per cottage, and complimentary green fees at SouthWood Golf Club are offered for groups of 12 or more.
Meeting space: The historic SouthWood House, a charming manor nestled among acres of rolling hills, stately oaks and native flowering trees and plants, creates the ideal backdrop to promote creative meetings and gatherings. Offering modern amenities to meet today’s business needs, the SouthWood House is equipped with high speed wireless internet, basic audio/visual equipment and ideal spaces to accommodate group discussions, presentations or “break-out” sessions. Catered meals from the club house are available upon request.
Accommodations: Across the lawn from the SouthWood House, the picturesque cottages feature living rooms with gas fireplaces, efficiency kitchens, full baths, cozy bedrooms with cable television, free wireless internet and traditional Southern front porches with rocking chairs. Three cottages feature single king-size beds, while two have queen-size beds (2) for double occupancy. Clustered amid centuries-old, Spanish moss-draped live oaks, the cottages open up to an expansive grass lawn that is connected to the SouthWood House via a network of brick sidewalks.
Golf: Conveniently located just one mile from the SouthWood House and cottages is the SouthWood Golf Club.
