Child Improvement Through Therapy is the only private, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization in Arizona whose sole purpose is to assist families with the financial challenges of raising a child with special needs. Though insurance companies and other programs may partially fund countless children, many therapeutic services are inadequately funded. CITT “bridges the gap” and helps fund the physical, occupational and speech/language services needed by these children.
