Alexandria, VA – The Club Foundation is pleased to announce the 2022 recipients of the Sally Burns Rambo Scholarship. This scholarship was created in honor of the Club Management Association of America’s (CMAA) long-time mentor and club management professional, Sally Burns Rambo, CCM, for her influence and support of emerging professionals in the industry. This scholarship benefits seasoned and emerging women professionals in the club industry. It funds the recipient’s choice of one of CMAA’s Business Management Institutes and associated travel expenses.
The 2022 recipients are:

- Maddy Heeter, Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage, Cherokee Town and Country Club, Atlanta, GA
- Taylor Larsen, Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, Quail Hollow Club, Charlotte, NC
- Erin McGurgan Glover, Clubhouse Manager, Chilton Club, Boston, MA
- Carolyn Rehman, CCM, SHRM-CP, Director of Human Resources, Cosmos Club, Washington DC
- Lindsey Tafolla, Director of Communications and Marketing, Houston Racquet Club, Houston, TX
“The Rambo Scholarship supports female managers from around the nation with an opportunity to further their professional development,” said CMAA’s President and CEO Jeff Morgan, FASAE, CAE. “Our desire to support women in our industry is strong and we hope that we will see the numbers of applications for this opportunity grow in the coming years.”
