Interactive education, industry innovations to be showcased at golf course management’s biggest event.
Lawrence, Kan. – The GCSAA Conference and Trade Show will take place in Phoenix for the first time in more than 30 years Jan. 29-Feb. 1, 2024, with an interactive experience you won’t find anywhere else. The conference will be preceded by the annual GCSAA Golf Championships presented by Toro Jan 27-29, 2024.
The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) and presenting partners, the Golf Course Builders Association of America (GCBAA), American Society of Golf Course Architects (ASGCA) and United States Golf Association (USGA), will offer a week of interactive education, hands-on experiences, golf events and assembly of the golf course management industry.
The 2024 GCSAA Conference and Trade Show will be held at the Phoenix Convention Center, and the GCSAA Golf Championships will be played at Talking Stick Golf Club, Camelback Golf Club and Whirlwind Golf Club. After four golf events where GCSAA, GCBAA and ASGCA members have an opportunity to have fun, meet others and compete, the GCSAA Conference and Trade Show will offer unparalleled professional development and networking opportunities for those who manage, own and build golf facilities as well as those companies that cater to golf facilities.

The first day gives attendees the opportunity to awaken their potential with hands-on education seminars, Power Hours and Interactive Facility Tours plus reconnecting with industry friends at the Welcome Reception, presented in partnership with Syngenta, at Canyon on Third just outside the convention center entrance. - Tuesday, Jan. 30.
Rise to Shine: Expanding Horizons
Day two is designed to help attendees innovate the future, dive into knowledge and forge relationships through even more education, including education journeys related to the biggest challenges golf operations face. - Wednesday, Jan. 31
Rise to Shine: Exploring What’s New
The GCSAA Sunrise Celebration, presented in partnership with Syngenta, starts off this day, which focuses on discovering more ways to be effective and efficient. Then the action moves to the trade show for the latest innovation in products and services. Plus, attendees can visit Golf’s Sustainability Showcase, a joint effort of GCBAA, GCSAA, USGA and ASGCA featuring a tee box, fairway and green with a variety of interactive stations showcasing sustainable practices located at Canyon on Third. Wednesday night features events hosted by GCSAA-affiliated chapters. - Thursday, Feb. 1
Rise to Shine: The Ultimate Celebration of You
The final day is a celebration of achievements and friendships that will springboard your success for the coming year, which includes even more interactive opportunities on the trade show floor with the chance to demo products and in win prizes. Events will continue on Golf’s Sustainability Showcase, and everyone will end the day with the GCSAA Send-Off Celebration, presented in partnership with John Deere, featuring award winners, the 2024 GCSAA Board of Directors, the GCSAA Collegiate Turf Bowl champions, additional giveaways and more.
