Palmetto Hall Plantation Club is part of The Heritage Collection on Hilton Head Island and features two of Hilton Head Island’s most prestigious golf courses, Arthur Hills Course and Robert Cupp Course.

Originally from Rochester, N.H., Hussey attended The Balsams Grand Resort in Dixville Notch, NH in the Culinary Arts Program. His career path led him to Hilton Head Island in 2003, where he served as the chef at Sea Pines. For the past 2 years, Hussey he has been the chef of the Quarterdeck/Topside Restaurant in Harbour Town.
