Are you a PGA or LPGA Professional looking to streamline and expand your summer business? Our team provides a simple, yet customized approach to help you eliminate administrative duties related to your summer camps. Our partners leave all marketing, sales, registration, and customer service responsibilities to us, giving them more time to grow other parts of their business. In 2025, approximately 11,000 juniors attended PGA Camps, at over 200 locations across the country, generating over $3.2 million for our PGA and LPGA partners. Our team works on the following elements to ensure our partners’ success:
Marketing Support:
- Individual website page: Each of our partners has an individual camp page listed on our website. Pictures, staff bios, property descriptions and specific camp dates are listed so customers can see all camp details on one page.
- Customized emails: We create and send location-specific emails to past campers and inquiries, as well as any customer lists golf professionals would like to include. Golf professionals also have access to these emails at any point, so if they would prefer to upload the creative to an email blast, that option is available to them.
- Social media posts: Our team offers social media posts for golf professionals to use on all platforms. We offer multiple posts, as well as copy to go along with each individual post.
- On-site collateral (postcards, yard signs, banners and flyers): Early in the calendar year, all locations receive banners and yard signs, each with a QR Code, which are easily be moved to different locations on the property. Our team also provides personalized postcards for each location, so customers can leave the course with information in hand.
- Camper amenity packages: All camper receives goodie packages are provided, which are delivered to golf course prior to the start of camp. Past packages have included a hat, a sleeve of golf balls, a water bottle, a valuables pouch complete with tees, divot tool and ball markers and a drawstring backpack. Directors have the option of passing these out at the beginning of the camp week or distributing them as a part of their closing ceremony.
Customer Service:
- Email support: Customers can email our camp office at any time and receive a response within 24 hours.
- Call center for all partner locations: Our company offers support seven days a week for all calls (including directors and parents/guardians). The majority of phone communication happens between May and September, starting at 7a.m. EST and ending at 5p.m. PST.
- Registration platform: PGA Camps offers an easy-to-use registration platform for parents and guardians. Each customer has their own account, in which they view recent transactions and credits. The system is password-protected, so all customer information is safe.
- Program development: Our team has vast experience in program development, starting from age three to those who want to play in college. We are always available to discuss next steps with parents or help directors develop age-appropriate curriculum outside of the summer camp experience.
- Member prospecting: For private golf facilities or public courses with membership opportunities, PGA Camps are an invaluable member prospecting tool. Through our camps, families get a firsthand look at all the club has to offer in a fun and educational setting for their children.
