Brentwood, Tennessee, July 20, 2009 … While dominating another weekend in professional golf, backed by a victory at the PGA TOUR’s U.S. Bank Championship, Softspikes® were on the shoes of 2 of the top 3 finishers including one of the game’s all-time greatest players as he once again trusted the Softspikes brand to endure 76-holes of historic golf in a quest for the Open Championship.
In addition to capturing the field at the U.S. Bank Championship, where 70% of the players wore Softspikes brand cleats, 30 of the top 41 players donned Softspikes cleats, including Pulsar®, the #1 Cleat on Tour, and the new Black Widow® Tour™, golf’s first adjustable plastic cleat.
