ORLANDO, FL (July 27, 2009) – The Summertime Golf Show features one of Florida’s most unique golf courses in its new episode, which debuts Monday July 27, 6 p.m. on Sun Sports Network, the state’s leading sports network.
Mystic Dunes Golf Club in Celebration serves as host course to this bi-monthly TV magazine show, which is in its ninth season on Sun Sports.
Also included in the telecast is coverage of the recent “Celebrity Shoot Out at Mystic Dunes Presented by Universal Orlando Resort benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital”. Host Jenny Dunn interviews celebrities like former NFL quarterback Jim McMahon, ex Atlanta Braves catcher Javy Lopez and former NY Yankees manager Buck Showalter about their careers, the St. Judes event and Mystic Dunes Golf Club.
Mystic Dunes Golf Club is a high-end daily fee course, owned and operated by Tempus Resorts International, Ltd. Designed by Champions Tour player and NBC Golf Analyst Gary Koch, this premier Central Florida course is a par 71, 7,012-yard golfer’s dream.
The “TaylorMade For Technology” segment features the new TaylorMade Burner Irons, which promise to go 20 yards longer. TaylorMade has packed a lot of that technology into the Burner Irons, and local golf instructor Brad Brewer gets a surprise when he tests them for the first time.
