CHAMP Spikes Announces Sponsorship of 5th Annual Duramed FUTURES Tour Event.
Marlborough, MA -CHAMP, the company known for being the leader in innovative traction technology, is proud to announce the 2009 Duramed FUTURES Tour Last CHAMP Standing Event. The event involves players receiving points during regular schedule tour events with bracket play which began on July 15, 2009. Finals are to be held on September 7, 2009 in Albany, New York.
The Last CHAMP Standing event begins in which the qualifying “Sweet 16” play head-to-head 9-hole matches held in London, Kentucky or Richmond, Virginia. Following the Sweet 16 round is the “Great 8” CHAMPion round which will be played at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with the eventual Final 4 18-hole matches being completed in Syracuse, New York. The final two golfers compete for the title of the 2009 Last CHAMP Standing for the $2,500 grand prize.
