Sanford, FL – RIFE Putters had another record setting week on The Nationwide Tour with 23 putters in play at The Preferred Health Systems Wichita Open. RIFE passed one of the biggest names in golf, PING, to take over the # 3 spot on The Nationwide Tour Darrell Survey, trailing only Titleist & Odyssey. RIFE had more putters in play this week than Taylor Made, Yes, Never Compromise, See More, and MacGregor, COMBINED!!!
“This is a big accomplishment for us,” said Matt Molloy, President & CEO of RIFE Putters, “especially when you take into account the fact that we don’t pay any of these players. Last year 5 of the 25 players who graduated from the Nationwide to the PGA TOUR had a RIFE putter in their bag. The Nationwide Tour is a proving ground. It looks like RIFE has proven that for the Tour Players, winning…not endorsement money…is what really counts!
Eleven players made the cut and RIFE had two Top 10 Finishes at the event. The T-7th Place Finisher earned $17,737.00, which moved him up to 4th Place on this year’s Money List, and secured his PGA TOUR Card for the 2010 season. Since switching to a RIFE putter, he has finished out of the Top 12 only once in his last 8 events. The T-9th Place Finisher put a RIFE Hybrid Blade putter into play for the very first time this weekend and had his best finish of the year.
