POWAY, Calif. – Six times this season the best golfers in the world have competed for either a Major Championship or World Golf Championship title, and each time the majority of those players chose Aldila’s wood and hybrid shafts more times than any other shaft manufacturer, according to the Darrell Survey.
At the Bridgestone Invitational, the third WGC event of the year, “The Hottest Shafts In Golf” once again dominated the wood and hybrid shaft counts. In fact Aldila won the hybrid shaft count at the Bridgestone Invitational and the Legends Reno-Tahoe Open by more than a 2 to 1 margin over the next leading shaft manufacturer.
Now, with the golf world’s attention turning to the season’s final major, the PGA Championship, Aldila remains the #1 shaft on Tour with more wood shafts in play and nearly two times as many hybrid shafts in play than any other shaft manufacturer.
