Niblick Golf Design finishes a five-year renovation project at Stavanger Golf Club in Norway. The course will open for limited play in September. … Australian Michael Sim earns an immediate promotion to the PGA Tour by winning his third Nationwide Tour event of 2009, the Christmas In October Classic on Sunday. With his promotion, Sim is conditionally exempt on the PGA Tour for the rest of 2009 and fully exempt in 2010.
