Columbus GA – Roy Nix Executive Director of the Association of Golf Clubfitting Professionals, AGCP announces that the company known as SwingRite has signed on to be a an AGCP sponsor and will be exhibiting their products at the 2009 AGCP RT-4 Round-Table convention to be held in Columbus, Georgia. This is an exciting time for both clubfitters and SwingRite. Clubfitters all over the country are taking advantage of this “hidden gem” training aid; and the owners of SwingRite are eager to expand their clientele. Already an international selling training aid, the SwingRite, which has been around since 1960, is creating lots of buzz in the Clubfitting world. In the past, the SwingRite has been used by golf teaching professionals all over the world to help students achieve proper hand release point, increase clubhead speed, and improve tempo. In recent months, clubfitters have been experiencing how the SwingRite helps them find the “release point” of someone’s swing. Nix says that in an ongoing attempt to better their swings, customers will ultimately buy a SwingRite to take home with them after they realize what an incredible practice tool it is. In his shop Nix says that about 1 out of 4 customers who come in for a fitting buy a SwingRite when they leave.
About SwingRite Company:
Although small, this unique, father/daughter owned company leaves no stone unturned. They pride themselves on fantastic customer service and great quality products. The company’s Vice President, Kate Whitney, states “We listen to our customers needs and wants. When an airline pilot emailed asking for a smaller version of the SwingRite that could be taken on the plane as a carry on item, we started developing something. The “2-piece travel SwingRite” is almost done being developed and will be ready for sale soon. Another customer with clubhead speed in the 130’s needed a SwingRite that was more difficult, so we added an extra ball bearing to his unit. We treat each customer with the utmost respect. We appreciate our customer’s feedback, and we let them know that.” In today’s world, big companies with automated call systems, impersonal emails, and an abundance of employees are what customers are faced with when either placing an order or calling with questions or concerns. When a customer calls SwingRite they get none of that. The phone is answered by either Charles or Kate Whitney and emails are sent personally to each customer. Ms. Whitney states, “We are so focused on providing our customers with great customer service that I am never more than five feet from my Blackberry phone. If an email or call comes in after we have left the office, I respond immediately. I always get an email back from the customer thanking me for such a prompt response. This type of customer satisfaction is what we strive for.”
Ms. Whitney adds, “We appreciate all our customers and are grateful for each and every sale. We understand that there are many training aids on the market and customers have the option for which ones they purchase. Customers enjoy their buying experience with us because we provide them with something that most other companies do not: individual attention, care and a product that truly works.”
