“Fairways of Life Show,” hosted by Matt Adams, features four-time major winner Ray Floyd. The radio show will air today, Monday, at 3 p.m. ET on the PGA Tour Network on Sirius 209, XM 146 Satellite Radio and PGATour.com. The show will be re-broadcast Saturday-Sunday, Sept. 26-27 at 11 a.m.
The SAS Championship finalizes the field for this week’s Champions Tour event, Sept. 25-27 at Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, N.C. The field features nine of the top-10 players on the 2009 money list, and current Charles Schwab Cup points leader Fred Funk. … The Wendy’s 3-Tour Challenge, which features players from the PGA, LPGA and Champions tours, is set for Nov. 10 at Rio Secco Golf Club outside of Las Vegas. The event will air Dec. 19-20 on NBC. … The Northern Texas PGA announces that two sites will be used for the Nationwide Tour’s WNB Golf Classic‘s open qualifier today, Monday, in Midland. The Green Tree Country Club will be used as the primary site, while Ranchland Hills Golf Club is the secondary site. The PGA Tour requires a second site be used when more than 132 entries are received. The NTPGA received 198 entries.
