JACKSONVILLE, FL (October 9, 2009) – World-renowned golf instructor Jim McLean, a long-time advocate of junior and amateur golf, has started an association with http://tourresourcecenter.com. In fact, one of McLean’s more famous workout sessions – The Grind Session – has been donated to the Tour Resource Center for members only. This session builds upon your swing from setup through the finish, and Jim leads you through The Grind Session through a combination of drills and body movements all designed to help you build a powerful and repeatable golf swing.
The main focus of the Grind Session is to work on a golfer’s X-Factor. The X-Factor is the measurement of the gap created (in degrees) between your shoulder turn and your hip turn. The larger the gap, the bigger the X-Factor. The bigger the X-Factor the farther and straighter you will be able to hit your golf ball. The X-Factor, incidentally, was identified by Jim McLean in 1992 and has since become one of the main ingredients that instructors – worldwide – look for in every great golf swing.
ABOUT TOUR RESOURCE CENTER
The Tour Resource Center was developed to provide golfers at all levels the resources and tools needed to help them improve their game. Tour Resource Center will help assist golfers by explaining the ins and outs of golf at each level of the game: junior, amateur, and professional; while also providing caddies a tool to post their credentials on-line to make it easier for players to search for qualified caddies. For more information on The Tour Resource Center visit http://tourresourcecenter.com.
