Like the members of the United States team playing in the President’s Cup, the seven members of the American team playing in the World Golfers Championship will be wearing the Hunter Mahan H Drive Old Glory sunglasses.

Canadian manufacturer Sundog donated the glasses to the U.S. team of Michael Graves, Parker Smith, Mike Vandiver, Tony Ott and Frank McInerney, who earned spots in a qualifying at the Mission Inn Resort in Howey-in-the-Hills, FL in September, along with captain Anders Bengtson and James McAfee, who will be playing in the invitational division.

Sundog eyewear also is the choice for Mike Wier, Paula Cramer and long drive champion Jason Zuback.

The Marbella Club Golf Resort, the Flamingos Golf Club, the Rio Real Golf Club and the Santa Clara Golf Club in Marbella, Spain– the European Capital of Sports– will host the 15th annual World Golfers Championship Oct. 24-31.

Competitors from 36 other countries will join the United States in the 72-hole competition–
Armenia, Australia, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Malaysia, Moldova, Monaco, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand and Ukraine.

Each team will be represented by five players from different handicap categories-0-5, 6-10, 11-15, 16-20 and 21-25. The best four scores will count each day to determine the team score. The players will also compete in their flights for individual honors.
