HONMA Golf Co. Ltd. JAPAN-has released a new BERES ladies iron model, the ML503 utility model. The ML503 iron consists of a large utility style head that gives golfer’s confidence at address. In addition, an ultra – wide circular arched sole combined with a low gravity point facilitates a very forgiving iron. Therefore, even if the golfer duffs it slightly, the club hugs and lifts the ball to cut down on distance loss caused by a mis-hit. The ML503 is a two-piece structure; SUS630 stainless body and a high-strength custom steel variable-thickness-face. One of the other features of the ML503 is a low-profile, elongated face which increases the hitting area and sweet spot.
The standard production ML503 is a 2-Star grade (MSRP $345/club) up to the ultra-prestigious 5-Star grade (MSRP $4,395.00/club) featuring P1000 Platinum, 24k gold embellishment and an ion plated shaft for those who like the finer things in life. The ML503 utility model features the HONMA New ARMRQ UD40 graphite shaft for lady players with slow to average club head speed. The ML503 is available as an 8pc set (No.5-10, 11, SW) or can be broken into a partial set as per the customer’s preference, depending on depending on stock availability.
