PGA Tour Odds Led By Vegas Golfers Campbell, Fowler
They are both now official Las Vegas golfers, and they have each lost a PGA Tour event via a sudden death playoff in the last two weeks. But now they share something pretty much in common: one is the odds-on favorite to win the PGA Tour’s Viking Classic, while the other is near the top of the betting odds very early in his career. Former UNLV All-American Chad Campbell, who narrowly lost Las Vegas’ Justin Timberlake Shriners Hospitals for Children Open is 15/1 to win, while new Las Vegas resident Ricky Fowler, who was edged in last week’s FRYS.com Open in Arizona, is listed at 25/1, in only his third event as a pro on the PGA Tour.
