Members Searching for Tournaments to Play In, Camps to Attend, Pro-Ams to Play In, Now Have an Easier Searching Method to Use Right at Their Fingertips
JACKSONVILLE, Fl (November 6, 2009) – Even though the football season is in full swing, and winter sports such as hockey and basketball are underway, golf is still a hot topic – especially in warm-weather states like Florida, Arizona, California, and more. And with snowbirds starting their migration south, and locals getting into the swing of things, http://www.tourresourcecenter.com is one of the most valuable tools available to golfers looking to sharpen their game, find a tournament to play in, looking to attend a golf camp, or find a golf event to attend.
Members of Tour Resource Center, when searching for information, can now search by month. Golf’s hottest new site has catalogued all of its “time-essential” information and has added monthly ‘hot buttons’ so golfers can search for tournaments, Pro-Ams, camps, shows, and other golf events by month. Searching has never been easier.
Membership Benefits
There has never been a better time for golfers of ALL skill levels to join Tour Resource Center. Juniors and parents of Junior golfers get EXCLUSIVE access to a comprehensive tournament database with over 2,500 tournaments to choose from; tips on how to move up in the rankings; and information on how to move from a Level 5 Junior to a Level 1 Junior.
Amateur golfers get EXCLUSIVE information on playing in ranked events against some of the best competition in the world; information on where to find celebrity events and how to register; and an in-depth database on state-run tournaments. And coming soon, Tour Resource Center will activate its Professional and Caddie links with in-depth information on tournaments, golf tips, mental game tips, nutritional information, and much, much more.
Juniors WIN an iPod Nano; Parents WIN a subscription to MySmartGolf.com
The contest “Golf Tips From Real Players to Real Players” in which one lucky golfer will win an iPod Nano and five (5) runners-up will receive a $25 iTunes gift card continues. Golfers are invited to submit their favorite golf tip, and the winning entry will be determined by a panel of TRC staff and tour directors from around the U.S. The contest runs through November 21, 2009 and the winner will be announced on November 28, 2009.
Meanwhile, the “Tips from PARENTS to PARENTS” contest for ALL parents of golfers is running through midnight December 6, 2009. PARENTS are asked to submit a tip to other Parents. The tip can be simple or complicated. It can be about how to encourage other Parents to be supportive when their Junior Golfer has a bad round, or how to help keep stats for your Junior during a tournament round. The tip might be what to carry to a tournament, whatever you think is a great tip. Five winners will be chosen by TRC editors and each will receive free memberships to MySmartGolf.com, a highly sophisticated web-based game tracking and instruction resource designed to clearly, and simply, compile reports on your game. The winners will be announced on December 13, 2009.
