Buffalo Communications Names David Wood Public Relations Specialist, Further Bolstering its Leading Golf-Lifestyle

(VIENNA, VA) – Buffalo Communications – the global golf-lifestyle public relations, branding and marketing-communications firm that is a division of Billy Casper Golf – has named David Wood as Public Relations Specialist.

Wood joins the Buffalo team to develop and execute strategic media-outreach initiatives. These result in sales-influencing editorial coverage about Buffalo clients in golf and lifestyle; national and regional; consumer and trade; and print, electronic and social-networking outlets. Initially, Wood will focus on select Buffalo golf resort, destination and real-estate clients.

The addition of Wood further evidences Buffalo’s substantial commitment of resources to ensure its infrastructure continues to help clients sharply increase their brand awareness, popularity and revenues. Recently, Buffalo named Nicholas Keefe its Director of Information Technology to expand client presence in digital and social media.

Author of “Around the World in 80 Rounds,” the humorous travelogue released in 2008 by St. Martin’s Press, Wood has also contributed numerous articles to golf magazines and websites. He appeared several times as a stand-up comedian on “Late Night with David Letterman” and delivered countless motivational speeches and workshops to golf and business groups across America. Wood co-founded Right Brain Business Training, the Seattle-based producer of corporate training films distributed worldwide.
