Boulder, CO – KBS Tour steel shafts finish the season celebrating three victories in two weeks. Two of the wins were in Australia and the other in South Africa.
Coming off a victory just last week at the Ned Bank Challenge in South Africa and against a very strong field at this past weekend’s Australian PGA in Coolum, Australia, the winner claims his fourth Australian PGA title and moves up to 21st in the overall world ranking. Notably, he was one of the first players to switch to the new KBS Tour shafts after the shaft debuted early last year.
Also, of note, just two weeks ago in Sydney, the winner of the Australian Open played with the new KBS Tour steel shafts. Three wins in less than two weeks for the KBS Tour shaft is a nice finale for the new steel shaft.
KBS Tour Steel shafts were developed and are manufactured by Femco Steel Technology (FST). The innovative shafts were designed by FST’s Kim Braly. An industry veteran, Braly’s steel shaft designs have won every major golf tournament around the world.
