RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CALIFORNIA – The Ted Robinson-designed, Tijeras Creek Golf Club recently won the BEST Value “Worth The Green Fee” honor from the popular golf social networking site, Greenskeeper.org. Tijeras Creek topped the Orange County region ranking for 2009. The award was derived from Greenskeeper’s tabulation of all 2009 online survey ratings submitted by site users, user submitted reviews and survey results.
“On behalf of Greenskeeper.org and our 40,000+ members, it is a pleasure to present the honor of BEST Value ‘Worth The Green Fee’ award to Tijeras Creek Golf Club,” stated John Hakim CEO and founder of Greenskeeper.org. “We take great pride in our awards which hold a high amount of credibility among golfers who play the courses each and every week,” added Hakim.
“We are extremely honored to be recognized by Greenskeeper and most importantly by the thousands of golfers who play and support Tijeras Creek throughout the year,” stated Rick Convertini, general manager at Tijeras Creek Golf Club. “We take pride on being a great value and also providing even better values to frequent players though our popular Creek Card program. Clearly golfers on Greenskeeper have recognized these efforts and for that we say…Thank You,” added Convertini.
Commonly referred to as one of the best golf card values in Orange County, the Creek Card provides golfers with preferred rates ranging from just $35-$80 for the ‘cardholder’ and up to three guests, in addition to a number of other money saving benefits. The 2010 Creek Card is on sale now at Tijeras Creek for just $99 and offers savings through March 31, 2011.
