Shear, who has worked with golfers of all abilities for over 10-years, is also a TPI-Certified Biomechanist, a Level 3 Fitness Instructor, and Muscle Activation expert. Shear, whose expertise is nationally recognized, has been called upon to speak at numerous conferences; and has lectured on golf fitness to the New Jersey State PGA and the Better Golf Through Technology Conference at M.I.T. Shear is also the fitness expert for PTontheNet.com, the world’s largest education website for personal trainers.
In Shear’s first episode of TGN Fitness Center, he outlines his approach to getting physically fit for golf, and, along with trainer Victor Trasoff-Jilg, takes golfers through a workout called “Mobility” which, according to Shear, is a necessary base in order to build a solid, golf-fit body.
