NEW YORK, NY- Tim Carr, previously art director for Links magazine, has been named design director of Golf World. The announcement was made today by Geoff Russell, Golf World editor-in-chief.
“Tim brings to Golf World exceptional creativity and management experience in design and the graphic arts,” said Russell. “We’re excited about incorporating his fresh, new perspective into the magazine.”
Prior to joining Golf World, Carr spent six years as art director for Links, responsible for the design of the magazine’s covers and feature stories. He was previously the art director at Golf and Senior Golfer magazines. Tim has 15 years experience in magazine art direction.
