NORTHBROOK, Ill., Feb. 9, 2010 – Again in 2009, multiple KemperSports™ properties earned top honors in the National Golf Foundation’s eighth annual Customer Loyalty Awards. Awards were given in two separate categories – to managers of public golf facilities with high loyalty ratings in 2009 and to operators of most-improved facilities in 2008 and 2009. KemperSports properties have earned multiple honors in the NGF Customer Loyalty Awards every year since the awards’ inception in 2001.
KemperSports emphasizes best-in-class customer service at all of its courses utilizing its proprietary customer-focused training program True Service™ to inspire all staff to deliver great experiences.

KemperSports winners with the highest loyalty scores include Sand Creek Station Golf Club in Newton, Kan., which was honored as a winner in the standard category; Tunica National Golf and Tennis in Tunica, Miss., a top-five finisher in the standard category; and Newport Dunes Golf Club in Port Aransas, Texas, and The Wilderness at Fortune Bay in Tower, Minn., both achieved top-five rankings in the premium category.
In the most-improved category, Highland Park Country Club in Highland Park, Ill., and Goose Creek Golf Club in Leesburg, Va., were winners in the premium and standard categories, respectively. Pipestone Golf Club in Miamisburg, Ohio, was the No. 3 honoree in the standard category.
Originating in 2001, the NGF Customer Loyalty Awards have consistently featured KemperSports properties. Past winners include Sand Creek Station Golf Club (2008 and 2009), Falcon Ridge Golf Club in Lenexa, Kan. (2008), Crab Meadow Golf Club in Northport, N.Y.
