Former LPGA Teacher of the Year continues her golf fitness series
MIAMI, Fl (March 2, 2010) – Karen Palacios-Jansen, a former Master Instructor at the Jim McLean Golf School at the Doral Golf Resort and Spa in Miami, Fl, continues her golf fitness series on http://thegolfersnation.com tonight with Part III of Cardiogolf on “TGN Fitness Center”.
Tonight’s show, “Grooving Your Swing Workout”, begins with exercises to help you with alignment and weight shift, and takes you all the way through to a workout where you swing the club at different speeds to build a controlled momentum to help increase accuracy and distance.
Palacios-Jansen created Cardiogolf for all golfers so they can “improve your swing, regardless of age, by conditioning your muscles,” says Palacios-Jansen. Cardiogolf exercises are good for golfers of all abilities and can be used time-and-again throughout the season to keep your golf-specific muscles in optimum condition. Previous editions of Cardiogolf on “TGN Fitness Center” have included workouts concentrating on:
* Warm up sessions
* Basic Swing Fundamentals
* Special Movements to keep your joints loose
* Training your body to follow a target line during your swing
* Square your club face at impact
* How to shift your weight to build more power
