Texas Golf Academy for Juniors to Feature Mediterranean Style Gated Townhomes for Students
MIAMI, Fl (March 8, 2010) – The Jim McLean Junior Academy, opening this fall for high school-aged golfers and post-graduates, will feature beautiful townhomes for student living.
Rather than standard dormitory living, student-residents will stay in a Mediterranean style gated townhome community – Papillon Parc. Located next to the 11th hole of the WaterChase Golf Club, each townhome is two stories, and features two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, large walk-in closets, spacious kitchens, and are within walking distance to the Jim McLean Golf Center-Texas, home of the Jim McLean Junior Academy. And for post-graduates with vehicles, each townhome has an attached garage. Each townhome also has a washer and dryer.
