April 1, 2010; Phoenix, Arizona: PING announced today the availability of a free iPhone® app which allows golfers to research PING products, conduct a full bag fitting on-line and use a GPS-enabled retailer locater to find an authorized PING dealer in their area.
The App can be downloaded from the App Store to iPhone®, iPhone 3G®, iPhone® 3GS and iPod Touch® mobile devices.

PING’s complete equipment line, including the award-winning G15® and i15® Series, is available to help golfers research the performance features that best match their games. They can also view PING’s extensive collection of golf bags and accessories.
The retailer locator feature lists all authorized PING dealers in the United States along with a complete listing of their PING® fitting tools, including facilities equipped with the company’s nFlight® custom-fitting software. Included with every retailer listing are Google® map driving directions and a phone number which is dialed with a touch of a button.
In addition to providing golfers a convenient way to determine the best product and specs for their games and where to purchase equipment, the App offers a video library which details a variety of PING innovations and club fitting processes. The PING MeTM feature allows golfers to bookmark their favorite sections of the App.
The App was developed in-house by the same team who created PING’s nFlight® custom-fitting software.
