DENVER, April 7, 2010 – YES! Golf is off to a strong start on the professional tours this year. YES! has recorded one win, one runner-up finish and one top 10.
On the PGA Tour, the runner-up at the Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill Golf Club & Lodge in Orlando, Fla., used the popular Callie putter to sink a lengthy putt on the 17th hole during the final round to jump into second place.
Last week at the Kraft Nabisco Championship, the Victoria II putter was in the top 10 and on the Duramed Futures Tour and the winner of the Natural Charity Classic used the Donna in the rain shortened 36-hole tournament.
The Callie putter, used by the runner-up at Bay Hill is a toe-down cavity back blade made of 304 stainless steel and a head weight of 355 grams. The shaft is a straight shaft with an offset plumber connection hosel. A single sight alignment line is found on the cavity for ease in alignment. The putter has a suggested retail of $190.
The Victoria II model is a mallet-style putter made of 304 stainless steel. It features a 370-gram head to help stabilize the hands from breaking down through impact. With its large cavity-back head, extensive single sight line and perimeter weighting, the stability of the Victoria II model will help instill confidence in your putting. The suggested retail is $190.
The Donna putter, used by the winner of the Duramed Future event, is a hybrid putter composed of two different materials. The face is made of aviation-grade aluminum and the body is made of 304 stainless steel with a head weight of 355 grams. The combination of a light face and heavy back generates a high MOI. The full offset shaft features a double bend and the cavity of the putter head has a single alignment line. The suggested retail for the Donna putter is $300.
YES! Golf will have at least four players using its C-Groove putters this week at the Masters.
YES! Golf has 24 models of putters for golfers to choose from including the new Mollie and Morgan. Both putters feature multi-material head construction for high MOI and were named to the 2010 Golf Digest Hot List.
