NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (April 14, 2010) – KZG, the #1 Custom ProLine™, has released the X95 Wedge designed specifically for the mid-to-high handicap player. The X95 has a single notched sole and is available in eight different loft and bounce combinations.

The head is constructed from KZG’s heat-treated proprietary steel alloy giving it a “feel of forged” not typically found in cast clubs. This soft feeling is ideal for those delicate and tricky shots around the green. KZG’s proprietary alloy enables easy lie and loft adjustments up to four degrees. The lightly cambered leading edge and wide selection of bounce options assures consistent contact in both hard and soft turf conditions.
The X95 is KZG’s first wedge to feature a medallion piece and beautifully complements the popular OC-II and HSS Irons. The single notched sole allows the player to open and close the club face without altering the bounce. The X95 grooves are “U” shaped, thus creating higher spin rates ideal for mid-to-high handicappers looking for increased accuracy. Golfers looking for a KZG wedge with the new USGA conforming “V” grooves should opt for the special edition Forged TRS.
The X95 wedges are available in RH: 50°, 52°, 54°, 56°/12, 56°/8, 58°, 60°/10 and 60°/4 lofts and LH: 52°, 56° and 60° lofts. They are only available in a mirror finish. The MSRP is $109.
