Softspikes on the shoes of winners on PGA Tour, Champions Tour, Nationwide Tour and European Tour
BRENTWOOD, Tenn., April 19, 2010 … Softspikes®, the world’s best-selling golf cleat brand and #1 Cleat on TOUR, captured four victories across professional tours as Softspikes cleats were worn by winners at the PGA TOUR’s Verizon Heritage, the Champions Tour’s Outback Steakhouse Pro-Am, the Nationwide Tour’s Fresh Express Classic and the European Tour’s Volvo China Open, according to the Independent Darrel Survey.
In a successful weekend at the PGA TOUR’s Verizon Heritage, Softspikes not only captured the win, but 10 of the top 14 finishers donned Softspikes-brand cleats. Also, BLACK WIDOW® Tour™, golf’s first adjustable cleat, celebrated another top 10 finish. Additionally, to complement a win on the Nationwide Tour’s Fresh Express Classic, 33 of the top 44 finishers wore Softspikes-brand cleats, while the BLACK WIDOW® Tour™ captured a top 5 finish.
