Three highly anticipated products from the mind of famous golf inventor Jim Flood will be released later this year by Tiger Shark Golf.
The PowerPod II and the two models of R.AP. (Reverse Axis Position) Putters are currently being tested on the professional tours and being made ready for public release this summer. In all, Tiger Shark is launching 22 new products into their line this year. Eleven products are new models and eleven have been reconfigured with major design enhancements, new cosmetics and feature Tiger Shark’s new logo. Flood, a man who has been called the Thomas Edison of modern golf, has developed over 50 golf-related products in the past 35 years that have revolutionized the game of golf forever. In 1972, Flood developed and introduced the first graphite golf shaft and founded Aldila Inc., the world’s largest manufacturer of graphite shafts. In 1990, he founded Odyssey, the world’s #1 putter company. Jim was hired by Tiger Shark in 2008 to bring his unique talents and vision to the Tiger Shark product line.

The R.A.P. putters, which feature a reverse hosel design that enters the putter head from toe to heel, offers a patent pending technology that ensures a more pendulum stroke that helps putts hold their line and eliminates “pushed” putts. It will be available in both a mallet and blade design.
The 454 cc PowerPod II brings back the design that has been called “the best geometrically designed driver ever made” and features a patent pending shape that provides the world’s first true oversized slice proof driver. The unique shape of the PowerPod II, which significantly raises the clubhead’s MOI (Moment of Inertia), came about because traditional driver designs had too much weight on the toe of the club head.
