Jason Birnbaum is the golf teaching professional at Alpine Country Club in Demarest, New Jersey. Jason began his teaching career as an apprentice for Golf Magazine “Top 100” golf instructor Mitchell Spearman, and was the director of the Mitchell Spearman Junior Golf Program from 2003 to 2007. In addition to teaching at Alpine County Club in the spring and summer, Jason is Director of Instruction at the Manhattan Athletic Club, providing indoor golf instruction during the winter.
Jason was featured in the July, 2007 edition of the Met Golfer Magazine and in the June, 2008 edition of the New Jersey State Golf Association Magazine, and has also contributed golf instructional articles to The Bergen Record. In 2009 Jason was included on the honorable mention list for U.S. Kids Golf “Top 50 Teachers” in America.
As a golf professional, Jason has worked with all levels of golfers, including Touring Professionals and Senior Executives throughout the U.S., Canada, and abroad. Some of his corporate clients have included Mercedes Benz and Bank of America.
