MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Shafts designed and manufactured by True Temper Sports once again delivered wins on the PGA, Nationwide and European Tours this weekend and demonstrated their overwhelming popularity among the world’s best players.
On the PGA Tour, Rifle shafts captured the victory at the Byron Nelson Championship, while Dynamic Gold shafts claimed wins at the The Rex Hospital Open on the Nationwide Tour and the BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth on the European Tour.
Shafts by True Temper were played by 100 percent of the Top 10 finishers at both the PGA and Nationwide events, and led the iron shaft counts with 133 sets in play at the Byron Nelson Championship and 147 sets in play at The Rex Hospital Open. The story was not just leadership in steel, but graphite as well with over 100 pieces of Project X graphite in pro tour play globally.
