Fore! Outing has an online interface for both the golf course operator and the outing coordinator, so all outing preparations can be managed from any computer with Internet access. These preparations include: online player registration, entering handicaps, scorecard creation, assigning holes, creating multiple player lists and cart signs, as well as e-mail marketing capabilities. Fore! Outing comes with pre-designed email templates to help event coordinators create their own messages to send to outing participants before and after the event.
