McHenry, MD- Lodestone Golf Club and OB Sports recently announced the appointment of Randy Weigman as the Director of Golf. Weigman is responsible for all golf operations, membership marketing, sales, merchandising, and tournaments for this new Western Maryland golf facility that just opened on June 5, 2010.
Originally from Hopkins, Minnesota, Weigman has a degree in Horticulture and has been a Class-A, PGA Member since 1999. Prior to joining the Lodestone team, Randy was the Director of Golf/General Manager at two other OB Sports-managed facilities: Aliante Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nevada and The Legacy Golf Club in Henderson, Nevada. In 2004 Randy was appointed to The PGA of America’s 2004 President’s Council on Growing the Game for his efforts in increasing golf participation within his section of the PGA. When not on the course, Randy also enjoys hockey and outdoor pursuits such as hiking, biking and running.
