Four-day camp will provide children with professional instruction, prizes, snacks
(DELAND, Fla.) — Victoria Hills Golf Club — an award-winning, Ron Garl-designed course owned by Kolter Land Partners and managed by Billy Casper Golf — today announces its 2010 Junior Golf & Tennis Camp, Tuesday, June 29 through Friday, July 2.
The camp is for children ages seven through 13 and will be held everyday from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Campers will receive PGA certified golf instruction, KC’s Tennis Academy training, a T-shirt, hat and snacks.
“The Victoria Hills Junior Golf & Tennis Camp will provide children with professional instruction that will benefit them as they develop their golf and tennis games,” says Matt Payne, general manager. “Many of the lessons and fundamentals learned at the camp will stay with children through their golf and tennis careers.”
The cost of the Junior Golf & Tennis Camp is $139 per child. A rate of $129 is available for Victoria Park residents. There is a $10 discount for additional children in the same family.
Victoria Hills is offering a golf-only camp beginning August 2. A variety of one-day golf clinics are available throughout the summer for children as young as four years old.
