LUCIE, Fla. – Keiser University’s College of Golf will be holding its grand opening on Wednesday, June 30, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. The College of Golf is located at 1860 Fountainview Blvd. in Port St. Lucie. Tours will be provided, as well as student demonstrations of the golf simulator and other indoor technologies.
Innovative tools at the golf academy facility include Motion Analysis Technology by TaylorMade. Students can use this system to analyze and improve their technique, and even schedule weekly lessons from PGA Certified and Master professionals to get the most out of it. The new campus also features the TOMI Computer Putting Analysis System. The professional golf career college will use this system to provide detailed technical putting data to students, such as their initial aim point, face angle at impact, path of stroke, centeredness of contact, and tempo during their stroke.

The new campus has over 20,000 square feet of educational space and this includes nearly 5,000 square feet devoted to golf training and performance employing state-of-the-practice technology. The indoor putting green, golf simulator, indoor hitting nets, and a multiple camera video analysis system also help users learn and improve on every component of their golf game. The strategically located training facility is also includes eight classrooms, as well as a fully-equipped fitness room. Several world class golf courses are located nearby.
