McHenry, Illinois (June 29, 2010) Black Swan Country Club in Georgetown, MA, formerly known as the Georgetown Club and recently reopened under new ownership and management, has chosen Crescent Systems as its software provider. Black Swan Country Club has undergone extensive updates initiated by the new ownership group. Both the clubhouse and golf course will see benefit from the improvements. The course bunkers have been replenished with new sand and the all greens manicured and refurbished. To improve course playability and game flow, the nines have been reversed, with players now finishing the 18th hole right in front of the clubhouse. In addition to serving its existing member base, the club will welcome public play beginning immediately.
Black Swan Country Club has two dining areas – “The Grille Room” which will be informal while the main restaurant “Keon’s at the Black Swan” will offer fine dining with upscale American cuisine.
The Club also offers a driving range, fully stocked pro shop as well as a swimming pool.
