ORLANDO, FL (July 7, 2010) — Since he burst onto the professional golf scene by contending at the British Open over a decade ago, Justin Rose has been tabbed one of those “next great stars.”
The issue for Rose entering this season was that his talent and promise had not produced greatness. So after nine winless years on the PGA Tour, Rose began working with Dr. Gio Valiante’s Fearless Golf Program on May 22.
Talk about instant results. Seven days later Rose secured his first PGA Tour title at The Memorial. Upon walking off the green, Rose acknowledged his work with Dr. Valiante, crediting the Fearless Golf Program with his victory.
Two weeks later, Rose was in hot pursuit of his second straight victory, leading going into the final round of the Travelers Championship. But he lost the lead on Sunday and finished ninth.

Seven days later, Rose was hoisting the trophy for his second PGA Tour event win, the AT&T National. In his press conference following Sunday’s final round, Rose again credited Dr. Valiante’s Fearless Golf.
With Camilo Villegas’s win at the Honda Classic, that brings the number of wins for Valiante’s clients this season to three. Other clients who employ Fearless Golf are 2009 winners Matt Kuchar and Heath Slocum.
Valiante is a professor of psychology at Rollins College in Orlando. “My program teaches golfers to get rid of the extra baggage that clutters their minds, which allows them to remain clear and focused on their way to playing fearless golf,” said Valiante.
