UNIVERSAL FLEET MANAGEMENT & GEO FENCING
The TAG can be installed on any make of golf cart, utility vehicle, or turf equipment. Once installed on the vehicle the operator can now monitor and manage their fleet from any computer anywhere. The TAG System uses Geo Fencing to protect sensitive areas on the course such as water hazards and greens. The system will sound an alarm to the user and send a notification to the operator if an area is being violated. In the case of someone trying to take the vehicle off property, the TAG can shut the vehicle off preventing theft and the fleet can be locked down while the facility is closed. An internal motion sensor can detect movement and notify the operator by SMS or text message if the vehicle is being moved even when switched off. Even if physically moved off the property the vehicle can be located using Google Maps.
Until now Fleet Management (Cart control, protection) & Geo Fencing functionality was not widely available. The only option to operators was a single manufacturer on one model. Functions like cart tracking and pace of play were available through cart mounted GPS systems but at a very high cost.
The DSG TAG system addresses these issues with the introduction of the only fully universal Fleet Management and Geo Fencing solution designed specifically for the golf industry. The TAG provides all the functionality that is critical to operating the business prudently and profitability, at a price point that is affordable for virtual every operator.
The TAG System also provides “real time” pace of play and detailed reporting on vehicle use so the operator can insure proper fleet rotation. Tournament labor is far more efficient utilizing TAG’s keyless remote operation, no more having to manage cart key distribution.
