Switches to SeeMore, leads field in birdies with 20, equals best career finish on PGA Tour
(Franklin, TN – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE) The SeeMore Putter Company congratulates Mathias Gronberg this past week at the Reno-Tahoe Open for his T-3 finish. Putting in play the FGP mallet putter, he earned his biggest paycheck of the year $174,000. He lead the field in birdies this past week with 20.
“We are delighted that Mathias chose a SeeMore putter to try to help him get to the next level in his career, and even more excited that the putter helped him gain the confidence he was looking for on the difficult greens of this great PGA tour venue,” said Jason Pouliot, SeeMore owner. “We wish Mathias all the best for a great stretch run during the remainder of the 2010 PGA Tour season.”
Deadly Precise Putters and Putting System
SeeMore putters feature its patented Riflescope Technology alignment system (RST), known by a visible gun sight on the top line, allows the golfer to set up the putter perfectly each and every time in relation to the intended target line. This is accomplished by lining up the black bottom portion of the shaft between two white lines and covering a signature red dot on the heel of the top line. The process is like locking radar onto a target. The two parallel white sight lines frame the shaft and serve as an indicator that the golfer is in perfect position to make a consistent and reliable stroke.
SeeMore originally became recognized when Payne Stewart won the 1999 U.S. Open playing a SeeMore putter in the greatest final round putting performance in US Open History. Stewart’s dramatic putt on the 18th hole to defeat Phil Mickelson was the longest putt to ever win the US Open on the final hole. Stewart also won the putting title for fewest putts per round over the entire 1999 season. The brand was re-launched in 2007, and immediately regained worldwide prominence as Zach Johnson used a SeeMore FGP to win the 2007 Masters. Johnson also set the all-time putting record on the Nationwide Tour for the entire season in 2003 (1.699 putts/GIR).
